About the role
As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to design, plan and strategize overall marketing frameworks to align with the company's goal. You'll be the core messenger who drives Dale Carnegie Malaysia branding and help to divert people's attention towards us.

What you'll do
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Design, develop and implement marketing strategies and action plans aligned with business goals.
Establish a strong, consistent and long-term brand presence.
Set, track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
What you'll need
At least 3 years of experience in the marketing-related field.
Possessed a certain level of creative flair to conceptualize and strategize marketing initiatives.
Fast learner, adaptable, and independent.
