About the role
As a Human Resources and Admin Executive, your main task is to carry out all data entry requirements, updating of employees or personnel data, and the preparation of necessary documents for Dale Carnegie Malaysia. You will be involved in all levels of administration via roles like recruitment, remuneration, learning/development, training, and relationship amongst employees.

What you'll do
Human Resources
Responsible for multiple HR functions including payroll, performance management, talent management, employee relations, employee welfare, training, and development
Update and maintain all HR databases and files including personnel records, payroll records, and talent pool in a timely and organized manner.
Active sourcing and generating a large pool of potential candidates to fill new or replacement positions.
Monitor and ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
Prepare HR letters or memos for the employees.
Perform duties as assigned from time to time.
Administrative
Organize, manage, and maintain a proper filing and retrieval system for all documents
Manage and monitor day-to-day administrative operations.
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and handling inquiries
Liaising with external stakeholders for vendor registrations, insurance, medical renewals, and other
Prepare minute meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the higher management where necessary.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in administrative and Human Resources, employee engagement, or related fields
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
