About the role
As a Performance Consultant, your main task is to drive engagement with Dale Carnegie Malaysia clients. Imagine yourself as a gardener and you need to nurture your plants so you can see them grow healthily. This is similar to the role of Performance Consultant. You need to build a trusting relationship with the clients and ensure that their organizational needs are being met.

What you'll do
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs for competencies development and skills improvement by engaging them in a series of discussion including business development discussion, focus group discussion and pre-training assessment
Engage clients in establishing alignment around their company vision, skills gap and addressing the attitude that involves in implementing change
Responsible to recommend, customize and designs training journey that addresses clients’ needs while providing them with measurable results
Plan, designs and develop a training program and ensure a successful delivery
Accountable to assist in getting alignment between the expectation from management and participants of the training goals/desired outcome
Establish a collaboration locally or across ASEAN countries in achieving alignment for local or international trainers. Also involved in collaborating with teams across ASEAN region
Responsible to engage in consulting and coaching participants along their development journey, helping them relate and translate the training knowledge into action at their workplace
Responsible to manage the project delivery from the start until finish following the systematic process outlined by the company
Actively develop relationships with existing or new external stakeholder by frequent check-up and engagement or adding value to the client from time to time
Responsible for achieving individual annual sales target given by reporting manager.
What you'll need
Two years of sales experience; preferably service sales.

Great communicator with keen ears to listen and identify client's problems.

Ability to think on your feet to provide the most effective development journey for the clients.
​
Fast learner, adaptable, and independent.
