About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you're the first line of contact when any prospects come knocking on our door. Your responsibility is to get in touch with the prospects, guide them to the most effective training pathway available and provide them with more information on how our programs can help them.

What you'll do
Actively do introduction calls to potential clients to gather input and interest.
Assist performance consultant in supporting customer experience in the training pathway.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Cultivate and champion the culture of Dale Carnegie.
What you'll need
One year of experience in customer service. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Great communicator with keen ears to listen and identify client's problems.
Ability to think on your feet to provide the most effective development journey for the clients.
Fast learner, adaptable, and independent.
